The unit comprises 700 sq ft with 1 bedroom having 2 queen beds and an en suite bathroom as well as an additional full bathroom and a pull-down double Murphy bed in the living/dining room area. It is air-conditioned, has ceiling fans, wifi, cable TV, a DVD player and a radio. There are games and books for your entertainment. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a propane BBQ grill and screened-in porch for some added privacy. Mornings here can be spent with a breakfast view of the rising sun over beautiful Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island or having a warm swim from the beach that's just inches from your front door. This beach is ideal for children, having a shallow depth for a substantial distance out to the calm sea. Beautiful Jolly Hall beach is a five-minute stroll along the beach from the property and the Exuma Fish Fry is just a brisk walk away in the opposite direction. This property lies within the hotel grounds which have a swimming pool, bar/restaurant and gym. Has all the comforts of home with the beach on your doorstep + added hotel facilities (swimming pool, gym, restaurant, bar, shuttle to and from Georgetown, etc) if required. Not with a limited viewpoint from the beach but right on the beach with an unlimited viewpoint of the sea, beach, sunsets etc. from the patio of our villa Our advertised fee on Vrbo covers the fee for full use of hotel amenities for the duration of your stay (excluding VAT). The only fees payable to the villa manager in cash within 36 hours of arrival are $5/day amenities tax + $100 exit cleaning fee. Meet and Greet by the villa manager (optional) $50.
