Magic places like this are really rare in Moorea and deserve to be visited. This villa is ideally located in Maharepa, close to all shops and restaurants. Once inside the property, you will find a paradise opening into the wonderful sea of Moorea, with access to the beach, an infinity pool, a modern, luxury, and functional villa...Do you really need something else? Never in Enjoy Villas! On the ground floor: there is a large living room in the middle of the villa with leather couches and a HD TV. You will find an open plan kitchen fully and tastefully fitted, a cellar, a restroom, as well as an additional bed (160x200 cm double bed). The ground floor is completely bright thanks to picture windows overlooking a large terrace with an outdoor living room, a table for 10 people, as well as sun loungers to have a great time by the infinity swimming pool. To access the upper floor, you need to use some stairs leading to a high walkway overlooking the living room. Upstairs: you will find large air-conditioned bedrooms (with a 180x200 cm double bed), one of which has a private terrace. You will also find a bathroom with double bowl sink, a large walk-in shower, a laundry, and a restroom. Sea access: there is a private gate offering access to a small beach area. Boat: possibility of anchoring in front of the house.
