Quiet 2 level retreat minutes from Canmore & Banff

Park Pass included! This spacious 2 bedroom unit is perfect for families or groups. The cozy two-level unit offers everything you could ask for from a mountain retreat. The 1st floor features an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room surrounded by a fireplace. The living space extends onto a spacious deck with mountain views. On the upper level, you will find two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Minutes away from downtown Canmore, but nestled in a peaceful nature corridor. The suite is minutes to Canmore (10 minutes) and Banff (25 minutes), and is the perfect base for your holiday in the mountains. Dead Man's Flats offers perfect access to Kananaskis Country, Canmore, Banff and Lake Louise. The complex is a quick drive from hiking, world class fishing, alpine skiing and so much more. The space offers 4 beds as well as a pack and play for little ones. Upstairs you will find 1 king and 1 queen bed. Downstairs you will find a queen pull out sofa and a brand new double murphy bed. Unit is professionally cleaned to Alberta Health's standards for hotels with a Bleach Based cleaner. Currently the hot tub is fully open Guests are free to access the entire suite as well as the complex grounds. This includes access to full laundry facilities in suite as well as the complex's BBQs, fitness center and games room. We live a short (1 hour) drive away in Calgary. If you need anything at all we are a phone call or text message away. If anything serious arises that requires in person attention, we can be there in an hour. Please note, Guests will be charged $50 if they do not start a load of towels before leaving, and $100 for every hour they stat in the unit past 11 am. These measures are in place to give our cleaners maximum time to disinfect the unit. Quiet time is 10pm. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted, including inside the suites or on the balconies. Strict fines are enforced, so please respect this rule. Please bring striped towels back to the suite, as they are not hotel property. Check-in is at 4pm and, Checkout is 11am, unless otherwise specified in our communications.
