Villa Mar - AC, Jungle, pool & a walk to beach

Mar is a short walk from Samara’s beach, restaurants and nightlife. You’ll love Mar because of the equipped kitchen, great patio, handcrafted furniture, cozy window seat, fast WIFI, no TV and comfortable beds. Villa Mar and 5 other villas share our beautiful pool and  bird's nest yoga platform on the Villas Espavel property. With our towering trees alongside a seasonal river. you’ll relish the cool shade of Villas Espavel when the rest of town is scorching. Mar is good for families and small groups. All the windows have window screens and security bars. We spend most of our time outside and I bet you will too. Favorite pass times are swinging in the hammock while looking at the green jungle and swimming in the cool pool. Villas Espavel is a 5 to 10-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, Intercultura language school and The Costa Rica School of Massage.  Villas Espavel is very secure as the property is hidden away down a long driveway. There are 4 parking spots that are available on a first come, first served basis. There is ample street parking outside of our gate if all the parking spots are filled. You will see our manager, Johanna, our cleaning & maintenance team and our gardener onsite most days in case you have questions as you settle in. We have a washer & dryer available if you need one during your stay.
