Casa Trasmallo - Beachfront Gem

This is one of the original beachfront homes in Esterillos Oeste. Built in a traditional Spanish style it still has the original, custom arched shuttered windows. See us on Airbnb.. There are 4 bedrooms with A/C: one room with a queen-size bed, two rooms with double beds, one room with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, all with ceiling fans. There are three bathrooms, all have showers. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, and pots and pans as well as dinnerware, glassware and silverware. The living area and dining area downstairs have ceiling fans. There is an additional living room upstairs. There is TV available with Satellite with a mixture of Spanish and English channels. Just steps from the front door is a pool, a covered Rancho for outdoor grilling and an entertainment area with plenty of seating. This family friendly hacienda has beautiful views of the sunset over the ocean and lush vegetation. Maid service, massages, and tours can be arranged by the friendly and helpful property managers. There is a small guest house at the back of the property where the gardener and housekeeper live (this is a private residence that is not part of the rental).
