We clean your apartment, we can give you extra towels, we can order food for you, we can guide you through Antigua or to other tourist destinations in the country, or we can just be friends ;-) Read our many great reviews from our previous guests who wished they had stayed forever ;-) We rent 4 spacious brand new luxurious furnished flats in a big colonial house with a huge garden. If this flat is not available, ask for our other flats. Family atmosphere amongst a Belgian-Guatemalan family. Nice and quiet neighborhood, only 10 minutes on foot to central square, 5 minutes to the famous church of La Merced and 5 minutes to the central market. Each flat has marble bathrooms and a wooden kitchen with granite top. All flats have huge glass sliding doors for lots of sunlight and great views on garden and mountains. Each flat has 2 access points for high-speed internet and wifi of 30 MB/second download and 5 MB/second upload. A 32 inch flat screen smart-TV provides you with about 50 English-speaking channels and 50 Spanish-speaking channels, or enjoy a movie on Netflix. The flat comes with cleaning service. We change your towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, kitchen towels and table cloth. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new pots and pans, kitchenware, cutlery, microwave, blender, coffee-maker, toaster and a big refrigerator. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can enjoy our delicious breakfasts or lunches that we offer, or we can call for you one of the many take-away restaurants in town and they will deliver your food right at your door. In the common area you can relax in one of our many coulorful hammocks or sunbeds, enjoying the beauty of the lush tropical garden, the sound of the fountains filled with birds taking a bath or the performance of the hummingbirds looking for nectar from flower to flower above your hammock. In our cozy pergola you can eat outside, chat with other guests, or have one-to-one Spanish Lessons with your Guatemalan teacher so that you return home as a polyglot. If you have friends coming over you can host them in the pergola, offer them food and drinks, and if needed, you have the visitor's bathroom hidden between the flowers, so no need to have your guests use your own in-suite private bathroom. You don't need a car in Antigua as you can do eveything on foot. And if you are tired, you can easily take a tuctuc or an Uber-taxi for just 2 USD anywhere in town. If you need a car for any particular reason, you can use one of our 2 parking lots: 1 parking lot is in the back of the apartments, the other one is at the other side of the street. We have two types of flats. The flat you are looking at is a split-level flat of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
