Tropical Island Rentals presents this excellent beach house rental offers great views and direct access to one of the most pristine beaches on the West Coast where powdery white sands, swimming, and snorkelling awaits. The villa features three en-suite bedrooms on the upper level with the master suite boasting its own private ocean-facing terrace. The master bathroom has a tub/shower whilst the other 2 bathrooms have showers. On the lower level, a stylish kitchen with a breakfast bar adjoins the dining and living areas, all of which open onto a wide covered terrace with dining and lounging furniture. One is enticed to the glorious beach via a pathway through well-manicured gardens bordered by further decking and entertaining areas. One of the most beautiful features is the sky blue plunge pool hidden under tall coconut trees. This space is optimal for pure relaxation, afternoon cocktails, and quality time with loved ones. The villa is within walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket is also close by.  Your rental includes the services of a housekeeper for 6 days per week (9 am - 3 pm) and a cook service 6 days per week.  The cook will prepare up to 2 meals per day within an 8-hour day. Based on your needs, they will either do the straight 8-hour day (8 am – 4 pm) or where they work on a split shift and return in the evening to prepare dinner. Please note that children under 7 are allowed by request only. The cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers. This is a beach villa rental. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur. Please note: This property has been approved for quarantine which is required for unvaccinated travellers to Barbados. 24hr security is required during this period. Security prices vary from property to property so please contact us for an exact quote. Tropical Island Rentals, the local house managers and the owners of the properties will not be responsible for any costs relating to the testing of guests while on the island. Refunds will not be applicable to anyone testing positive for COVID-19, which will result in them and their party not being able to travel or not able to continue to stay at the property booked if a positive test result is received in Barbados. All our properties are quarantine approved but not isolation properties.
