There are also two individually controlled sets of speakers located in the living space and upper veranda. In addition, there is a separate media room in the cottage. Three sets of doors open the living space onto an exceptional 1,200 square feet of covered veranda with spectacular views of the tropical gardens and the Caribbean Sea. The veranda offers a sizeable and stylish seating area and a dining area which can entertain up to twelve people. The gazebo, overlooking the large salt water pool, provides an outside bar and ice maker. The generous bedrooms are beautifully furnished and air conditioned, each with its own spacious marble en-suite bathroom. The cottage is a short walk across the pool deck and consists of a media room, twin bedded room (which can be converted to a King bed) and bathroom, in addition to a kitchen equipped with a fridge, kettle and microwave. The media room is a 200 square feet dual aspect room containing a Smart TV and DVD player with doors opening onto the beautiful landscaped gardens and its own outdoor seating area. Guests will have exclusive access to Sugar Hill’s Clubhouse and facilities which offer a modern fully equipped air conditioned gym, 2000 square feet communal pool, restaurant, bar and four flood-lit, all weather tennis courts. Guests of Eden also have complimentary membership to the exclusive beach club at the nearby Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel.
