This beautifully modern fully equipped 2 bedroom condo is on the first floor of a three story building across the street from Maxwell Beach, in Christ Church. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchen appliances, including fridge, microwave, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine , iron and iron board and all linens are also included. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second room two twin beds. There is one full size bathroom with a stand up shower and a second half bathroom. Condo rental includes, WiFi, air conditioning , ceiling fans, cable TV, and telephone (local calls only). The condo features a patio, leading directly to a swimming pool and hot tub. The complex offers lounge chairs for their guest, and person chairs that can be brought to the beach. There is a queen size air mattress , for additional guests. Smoking only allowed outside on patio.
