Perth - Spacious & Private Guest Accommodation

The accommodation is located in a very popular, friendly residential area of Perth. Yet, the city centre and local services, such as supermarkets and swimming/leisure facilities, by foot, car or public transport are easilly accessible. A number of walking routes and local parks are within a short walking distance. Perth city centre is a 5 minute drive or 20-25 minute walk to it's local amenities, restaurants, bars and shops. There are also bus stops in ours and adjacent streets to the centre. Scenic areas, local towns & attractions are easily accessed by car or public transport as are other cities - both Edinburgh & Glasgow are around an hour away and Dundee 30 mins. The accomodation is a generous space, separate and private from our home with access through its own door. An off-street car parking space is provided. Internally, it is bright and spacious offering a large double bedroom, large living/dining room, kitchen and shower room. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large fitted wardrobe with storage cupboard. The living/dining room has views to our garden and a relaxing sofa, 32” TV with Freeview (with available HDMI slot) and a dining table with four seats. Well equipped, the kitchen contains an oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full suite of crockery and utensils. The shower provides on demand hot water, fed from a combi boiler. Heating is available throughout the property, which can be controlled to your requirements – making it very cosy. Complimentary WiFi is also provided. There is a dedicated guest access. All of the space within the accommodation is for the sole use of the residents. There is no access to outside space. Same day bookings may require a check-in from 18:00. The accommodation is available for up to two adults and does not have facilities for children. There is a no smoking policy. Energy use in the accomodation is partially offset through electricity generated by our photovoltaic (solar) panels. We will endeavour to have a personal check-in and check-out with guests.
