“Casa Prodan” is situated on the edge of a small village Prodani, 6km from Buzet. This traditional stone house was built at the end of the 19th century and has been owned by family Prodan for 4 generations. Decorated with a lot of love and attention, it will not leave anyone indifferent. The house is situated in a quiet location and is ideal for a family vacation or vacation with friends in an relaxing environment surrounded by nature. The large terrace and garden provide privacy that everyone needs. You can enjoy in a large garden where you can relax with a good book, a glass of wine or barbecue. Far from crowd and rush but close enough to all the interesting tourist facilities. You can easily reach nearby cities such as Buzet, Motovun, Pazin, Poreč, Rovinj, Pula and explore their historical sights. The smallest town in the world, Hum, is only 20 km away. Trieste (IT) and Portorož (SLO) are 30 km away. Northern Istria is famous for the queen of mushrooms - truffles, hiking and biking trails, paragliding locations, waterfalls ... Whether you want to go to the sea or to the mountains, everything is a 30 minute drive. If you like crowds, beaches full of fun, music? Everything is within a half hour drive. Within the house there are two apartments which can only be rented together and all together can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. One large apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people offers two double bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large terrace. In case you need another room, we have a small apartment for two people with one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. “Casa Prodan” is equipped with everything a modern man needs. Smart TV, WI-FI, air conditioning, heating, outdoor grill, barbecue equipment, garden, terrace, private parking and garage.
