The house in the vineyard is located inside the farm Rio Maggio which produces an excellent wine. The house, situated on a hill, has a beautiful view on the surrounding valley with rows of vines and olive trees. The ground floor features a large living room with fireplace and TV SAT, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (of which two with balcony) and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. you can also enjoy the porch with table, chairs and sofa. The house is set in a large garden with an equipped pool (not heated). The house is in a perfect location as it is 12km far from the sea and is 5 minutes drive from the most famous outlets such as Tod's, Prada etc. Surrounded by peace and tranquility, guests will have the opportunity to spend a relaxing stay.
