The basement apartment offers 36 square meters of space for two people. In the cozy living room and bedroom there are two single beds that can be put together, satellite / TV, CD player, radio and hi-fi system. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine and kettle. The daylight bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer. A separate room can be used for a wardrobe, shoes or suitcases. The furnished sun terrace invites you to grill, relax and enjoy. A parking space is right in front of the house. It is possible to use a lockable bicycle storage room. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and WiFi are available free of charge.
