Villetta Ginetta is a holiday home by the sea in Campomarino di Maruggio, in Puglia. The small villa is characterized by large spaces, a beautiful garden with barbecue and parking area and accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hair-dryer, electric oven, microwave oven, iron and ironing board. There are two beautiful porches, one of which is a big wooden porch, with wood-burning oven and barbecue and dining area. Villetta Ginetta is basic but cozy and lovely. It consists of a spacious living room with dining area and sofa bed for two guests, a kitchen, the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The surroundings of Villetta Ginetta Villetta Ginetta is in Campomarino, near Maruggio, seaside location south of Taranto, characterized by crystal clear sea and sandy beaches. It`s a beautiful oasis ideal for families with children and the elderly. Villetta Ginetta is 400 meters away from the free beach of Acquadolce Cirenaica, 500 meters away from a supermarket and 700 meters away from the closest beach establishment. - Air conditioner in the bedroom. - Big size pets allowed upon our prior permission and with a possible extra. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
