Enjoying mesmerising 180Degree extensive sea views out to historic Chapel Point, the Eddystone Lighthouse and beyond. Situated just out of the village of Mevagissey up a short hill (to enable you to enjoy our conversation stopping sea views) a mere 7 - 10 minute stroll of the harbour of the 14th century working fishing of Mevagissey just down the short hill, and also situated right on the SW Coast path for extraordinary coastal walks and on the National Cycle Trail for, at times, challenging cycle rides A luxury house for all ages of the family to enjoy with the beach a short walk away and free parking for up to 6 cars The House can sleep up to 12 guests with every one of the 6 en suite boutique sea view bedrooms (1 has peaceful Garden views) 1 of which is located on the ground floor, enjoying either British King or British Super king beds (4 can be made into twin beds) Each bedroom Suite also has a TV and the luxury of an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating and 2 of the larger Suites have double ended baths. There is a 46′ chefs kitchen/dining room to cook up the locally landed fish in and a super comfy lounge seating 12, both having Smart TV's & SkyQ .
