This cottage is located in Vernantes, close to all shops. bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, ... etc No car needed for shopping. It is equipped with internet. All the appliances are new, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave .... etc ... There is a beautiful fenced park behind the cottage which is flowered and quiet with sun loungers, 2 garden furniture, .... Private and fenced parking for 3 cars and a garage for 1. The mattresses are of good quality, the dishes are recent, this cottage has been restored since April 2019 for 13 people .... Sheets and towels can be rented for an additional € 10 per person and a cleaning fee of € 80 is available.
