Situated by the sea of Porto Cesareo, in front of the Isola dei Conigli, the small port and near the city centre and the first sandy beach, the Appartmento Porticciolo is the ideal holiday home for families or small groups of people who want to vacation in Salento, by the sea, within walking distance the main amenities. Sea, restaurants and playground within walking distance The apartment develops itself on three levels for a total of 80 square meters, with large and airy rooms. On the ground floor there are two entrances, one for the parking spot and the second with an inner staircase that leads you to the first floor, with the two master bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The second floor consists of a living room with king-size sofa bed, open kitchen and toilet. The living room is connected to the terrace, a balcony on the sea, equipped for lunches and dinners, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and admire the fishermen boats when they come back with their nets full of fishes, which are recommended grilled on the barbecue, at disposal of the guests. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi fi, hair-dryer and television. The holiday home is near the city centre of the fishermen burg and it overlooks a seafront square with a children playground. The amenities are within walking distance. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioner just in the living room and in the corridor. - There is local market near the apartment each Thursday. - The service bathroom on the second floor is without shower. - Energy costs € 7 per day. - Bed linen is on request at € 15 per person per week. - Extra charge of € 50 for late check-in (from 8 pm to 12 pm). - Final Cleaning € 100.
