Large mansion (18th - 19th century), 180m², completely renovated, located 5 minutes from Pézenas (tourist town that hosted Molière). It can easily accommodate families and groups of friends with or without children. The house is located in the heart of Adissan, a small village with shops. Well located, it allows you to enjoy the beaches (less than 30 minutes from Vias Plage or Marseillan Plage), the hinterland with its rivers and the Salagou lake (20 min, nautical activities), near Saint Guilhen le Désert (classified in the most beautiful villages in France), the Canal du Midi, Béziers (20 min) and Montpellier (40 min). The house can accommodate up to 12 people in its 4 large bedrooms. It has a powder room and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and its large table allow good times shared. The bright living room and the library, which gives access to the terrace, are ideal for relaxation. Sheets are provided and installed, 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel for each person, tablecloths and tea towels provided. With basic grocery items available, the idea is to renew what you consume.
