## Space Welcome to our home! Spread across 3 floors, the house has 5 bedrooms with enough space to accommodate up to 11 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a lovely living area, the dining room, a large kitchen, as well as a separate toilet and shower, and laundry facilities. The living area boasts a large Smart TV which includes Disney+ and can be mirrored to the TV in the Dining room. The kitchen is quite spacious and fully equipped with all the modern appliances you need to whip up a meal. Here you'll find a large kitchen island with enough seats , as well the entry to the private garden where you may have a BBQ with our grill. Please be mindful of the noise you may make and also be sure to clean the grill after you use it. On the first floor, you'll find all the luxury features the home has to offer. Here is where the Sauna, Steam room, and Jacuzzi Tub can be found. Additionally, the 1st floor is also where 4 of the 5 bedrooms are. You'll find the 5th bedroom is a double room on the lower ground floor. The bed sizes and types vary among the rooms, but every bed is fitted with hotel-quality linens for your comfort. For your safety, we make sure the flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. We also provide you with fresh towels and eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. Have a fantastic stay! ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Portslade is a lovely suburb area outside of central Brighton. The neighbourhood is peaceful, and the house is only a minute walk away from 2 local pubs, and a central Brighton is only a short 30 min drive/bus ride. ## Transit No. 1 bus stop 1 minute away with bus to Brighton every 5 - 10 minutes Less than 30 mins drive to Brighton Seafront. ## Notes This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys. For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
