In the heart of the Ganzeville Valley classified site, you will stay in a pretty, fully renovated house with neat and refined decoration. This old sheepfold is ideally located by the river in a green setting of 3000m² in the countryside. In the immediate vicinity of Fécamp and its Beach, less than 10 minutes away, you will have plenty of time to discover during your stay the famous tourist sites of the region within an hour by car: such as ÉTRETAT, LE HAVRE, HONFLEUR, DEAUVILLE , VEULES LES ROSES, DIEPPE and ROUEN. Less than 2 hours from PARIS, volunteers will be able to escape to the Capital. This cottage of 70M² is composed as follows: Ground floor an entrance, a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, a comfortable living room with TV, a bathroom with a shower and separate WC. On the 1st floor, a landing, a bedroom with 1 bed of 160 * 200 with chest of drawers and storage, a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 80 * 200 (possibility of sticking the 2 beds). Baby equipment possible on request. You will benefit from a private garden of 300m2, a terrace, direct access to the river (ideal for fishing enthusiasts), barbecue, garden furniture. We can provide you with the facilities of our personal garden, a soccer goal, a pétanque pitch, a ping-pong table, a boat.
