1440 Residence Kalura - Bilo 7

A few steps from the center of  Porto Cesareo e from the beaches, is located the Residence Kalura, a complex of 4 holiday homes for rent to spend a vacation by the sea in Salento. On the second floor there’s the apartment Bilo 7. Just like the other 3 apartments it has a reserved parking space located in an area adjacent to the building. The two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The whole complex can offer in total accommodation up to 19 people. Animals are not allowed.    The holiday home for 4 people to stay near the beach in Porto Cesareo. The Bilo 7 of the residence Kalura is a simple and essential holiday home where you can spend a wonderful holiday in Puglia, by the Ionian Sea. The Bilo 7 is located on the second floor and can be reached through an internal staircase that leads to a small shared ( with Trilo 7) area from where you can access the apartment.The interior of the apartment consists of a large living room with dining room and kitchen, a TV and sofa bed for 2 people, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a small outdoor area. There`s a small outdoor veranda with partial sea view.    The other solutions to spend a holiday in Porto Cesareo Bilo 7 one of the 4 holiday homes that forms the Residence Kalura. The other 3 solutions are Bilo 1 and il Trilo 4 on the ground floor and the Trilo 7 on the second floor. In total the Residence offers 6 bedroom and 6 bathrooms. All the holiday homes are simple and welcoming and equipped with air conditioning.    The surroundings of Residence Kalura The holiday home Trilo 7 is part of the Residence Kalura, located on one of the main streets of Porto Cesareo, which connects the city center with the long beaches of the coast. The vivid center with all commercial and personal services is only 150 meters from the holiday homes, while the first bathing establishments are 500 meters away and can also be reached on foot. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioner in the living room.
