It is of a high standard, with modern and tasteful furnishing. The floors are laid with laminate veneer, so the whole house exudes a cosy atmosphere. The house comprises a living room, a kitchen with a dining space, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a multipurpose room for storing your luggage. Two sofas in the living room with a flatscreen smart TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player and a stereo system with a USB port/CD player invite you to relax. Board games, CDs and books ensure there will not be a dull moment even in bad weather. Owing to the many windows, the room is flooded with daylight. Next to it there is the modern built-in kitchen with a four-ring ceramic hob, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining. A dining table with four chairs invites you to enjoy meals together after cooking. The first bedroom is furnished with a kingsize double bed and a large wardrobe for storing your clothing, a dresser with drawers and a mirror, as well as a hairdryer. This bedroom and the hallway provide access to the light bathroom with a shower, WC, cupboard, electric ventilator and towel radiator. The second bedroom has two single beds and a further wardrobe. The multipurpose room can be used as a cloakroom, a shoe rack, storage shelf and suitcase or garden furniture storage space. A fire extinguisher, a First Aid kit and an extinguishing blanket are provided for your safety. The house is rented out all year round, as it has central heating. It has lighting with the latest LED technology. The house is surrounded by a large, shared, green and well-tended garden. There is separate access to your accommodation. Your roofed terrace has tables and chairs with cushions, as well as a parasol. The sun terrace also has a table, chairs and a separate children’s table with two chairs. Owing to the terrace lighting, you can spend not only relaxing days here, but also cosy evenings. There is a container for separating rubbish. During the summer months you can use all the terrace furniture, while in the winter months there is only a table with two chairs.
