The child-friendly ground floor apartment with high-quality equipment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, one bedroom, one children’s room with a bunk bed as well as one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Therefore, the apartment can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a children's bed and a highchair. From the apartment, you will have a view onto the paddock and apple trees. The lovely 3000 m² garden, from where you can see the lake and the mountains, is shared with the 3 other apartments of the residence and boasts a fish pond, table tennis and a playground as well as a paddling pool for children. The private outdoor area boasts a covered terrace, and you can spend the evenings with tasty barbecued meats or fresh fish in the communal outdoor dining area. Only a 6-minute walk (600 m) away along a footpath, you will get to the residence’s private beach, where you can lie in the sun and take refreshing swims in the lake while enjoying the wonderful mountain panorama. There, you can explore the Tachinger See and the neighbouring Waginger See using the kayaks, rowing boats and stand-up-paddle boards (all for a fee of €15 per day). The nearest supermarket and a restaurant serving local dishes can be found a 3-minute drive (2.1 km) in Taching am See. Waging am See, a quaint town on the Waginger See with many cafés and restaurants, is located a 10-minute drive (6.2 km) from the apartment. Furthermore, Mozart’s native town Salzburg can be reached after a 40-minute drive (37 km), and the famous lake Chiemsee is a 25-minute drive (25 km) west of Mauerham. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed on request.
