There is also a 30” flatscreen internet-enabled TV with Freeview and a DVD player. The dining space has a glass table which seats four. The result is a contemporary, light and airy feel; perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding South Devon coastline. Kitchen/Utility: Merchant’s Rest has a high-gloss modern kitchen with an electric double oven, integrated grill, electric hob, washer dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. It is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a cafetiere whilst the cupboards and drawers are stocked with a range of crockery. Bedrooms: Merchant’s Rest has two bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and two bedside cabinets with lamps. The second, a cabin room, is furnished with a 4ft double bed with a 2ft 6 single bed on top. We recommend that the double bed is only used for one adult or one child and the single bed, given its size, is used for one child. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (max 2) for an additional charge of £20 per dog, per night.
