Charming detached town house with garden, quiet, in the center of Blois, 2 historic center. The house is set back from the street, you can rest, especially in the garden in spring / summer. Reference: FR3HP389 Housing : The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and one with two single beds (90cm). We also provide on request a cot (mattress included). Possibility of an extra bed in the living room with a convertible sofa bed, with a real mattress, for two people (140 cm). Bathroom (bath) with toilet on the floor and additional WC on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Bodum coffee maker, kettle, plancha interior ...), TV, wireless internet and wifi available (Bluetooth tablet-speaker available). A high chair for children is also available. Garden furniture, garden table and deck chairs available in season (May - September). We also provide guests wishing to explore the trails of the Loire by bike (Chambord castle, Cheverny castle ...) 2 adult bikes (man & woman) in good condition equipped for the ride. Sheets and towels included (except for the cot). Access of travelers: SNCF station in Blois at 15 min walk 1h30 from Paris by car You can park your car in the street, in front of the house (free parking) or a little further (paid parking). Exchanges with travelers: We dedicate a minimum of half an hour from the entrance of our visitors, to introduce them to the house and to discuss the various tourist activities in the city and its surroundings. We also stay in touch during their stay thanks to a phone number which will be communicated to them. The district: The house is located near the heart of the city of Blois (10 min walk from the Place Louis XII), its castle, the house of magic, the foundation of doubt and all the shops. Ideal for rentals during congresses / fairs "Rendez-vous of History" and "BD Boom" (house 500 meters from the Halle aux Grains). Bakery right next to the house and also at the end of the street (3 min walk). For the curious and the animal lovers, the zoo of Beauval is located 45km from Blois.
