This is house is something we really love and made for our family. A place nearby Rome where to slow down time and have excellent relax without having to travel far away. We are an expat family that lived around the world, anyway wherever we will move in the future we will always keep this house as our little treasure. It has the typical features of old medieval townhouses with the comfort of the modern times. It is organised on four levels connected by stairs: On the ground floor you'll enter in the cosy living room with fireplace and open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and stove, on the 1st floor there is a comfortable master bedroom with queen-size bed and a mix of antique and modern furniture, the functional bathroom with his own huge shower, the washing machine is also a dryer and is located in his own lawndry wardrobe, on the 2nd floor there is the "mansarda", that is set up as studio with a desk, an armchair, a comfy single bed that might be turned in to a queen bed. In the mansarda we even created an extra sink with cold and hot water for your comfort and a 2nd fridge. From the mansarda through a roboust wooden ladder and a roof hatch you can reach the terrace overlooking the old town and the lake where you have a sun-bed, armchair, dining table for four and BBQ, a parasol as well as a small water fountain, light and elecricity
