Villa Acquamarina is a corner of paradise on earth: a luxury home, furnished with fine furniture, with elegant floors decorated with Sicilian majolica, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, with lemon and orange trees, numerous and wide terraces overlooking the sea, a private pool and a private gate to directly access the sea and a small sandy beach. The strength of the Villa is the large and fresh outside spaces that allow those traveling in the group to alternate according to their own needs moments of conviviality moments of privacy in absolute harmony and privacy. At the entrance you will be welcomed into a large patio and a covered sea-view terrace furnished with tables, chairs and sofas area to relax during the day and spend pleasant aperitifs, lunches and dinners in the open air. From a ladder lining the lemonade on the sea you get to the pool area, where there is a chaise longue, shower and umbrellas. The pool has a whirlpool and an anti-drowning safety system for children. Still a few steps and you will find the private gate to access a small sandy beach and rocks and immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters of the Santa Flavia Sea. The Villa inside will welcome you in the large living room with window doors on the outdoor terrace offering a relaxing sea view. Inside you will find the dining room, another small living room, the Sicilian majolica kitchen, a double bedroom and a single or double bedroom (bunk beds), two bathrooms with shower (one of which was renovated in 2018). On the first floor there is the suite with a terrace and sea view, a small bedroom with a French double bed (140x190), a bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a private terrace, and another bathroom with shower (renovated in 2018). The Villa is air-conditioned.
