Nice 120 m² country cottage located in Gesnes-le-Gandelin in Nord-Sarthe near the Alpes Mancelles with a capacity of 1 to 8 people. You will be completely peaceful on your large terrace and large enclosed garden where children can play in peace. A jacuzzi will be set up on the terrace in fine weather. The 2 wheels will be safely on our closed terrace. This cottage is located just 15 minutes from St-Léonard-des-Bois, St-Céneri-le-Gerei one of the most beautiful villages in France and Alençon. The city of Le Mans is only 40 minutes away and you will be 45 minutes from the 24h of Le Mans circuit, 1.5 hours from the landing beaches, 2 concert halls only 10 minutes from the gîte (Alençon). Many activities are offered: beautiful walks and hikes, forest, fishing, canoeing, horse riding, tree climbing, mountain biking, swimming, pedalo (lake), animal park ... Possibility to rent it by the night, the weekend, the week, the month or for a long period. The price is adjustable according to the duration and the period. Cleaning can be carried out by you or by us for a rate of € 30 to be paid on site upon arrival. I will be available all the time during your stay.
