We are about 1/2 hour from the ski resorts !!! (1st ski resort 28 min and Morzine 45 min) A pedalo is at your disposal for your family outings on the canals of the Marina and Lake Geneva. Possibility of mooring on request of your boat with private pontoon at the end of the garden. Autonomous arrival by access code in the house. 4 bedrooms: - 1 king size double bed - 1 bunk bed sleeps 2 and 1 extra bed in drawer under the bed. - 1 double bed consisting of 2 single beds including 1 folding under the bed - 1 sofa bed for 2 people on the 2nd floor Open kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate toilet, garden, terrace garden and a second terrace directly on the water.
