This relaxing 4-bedroom Catalan villa with a large swimming pool (9m x 3.5m) is located right in the heart of Costa Brava. Imagine yourself sunbathing in complete tranquillity beside your private swimming pool, surrounded by incredible countryside and mountain views. Although located in the mountains, you're only a few kilometers from the village center, beach, and shops and restaurants of Costa Brava. The living room and dining room have an open plan design and lead directly to an exterior terrace/dining area where you can prepare your own meals on your outdoor barbecue and enjoy them al fresco as the sun sets on the Catalonian hills. Within the 250-square-meter villa, a fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary appliances for your culinary needs. At the end of the day, rest your head in one of 4 bedrooms with two single beds, two double beds, and one set of bunk beds. One additional bed can be added for an extra fee. At the entrance to this lovely neighborhood is a small 'Pitch and Put' golf course. There is also a playground for children within walking distance of the villa. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits. 2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above. 3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay. 4) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis, an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America. 5) All beds and pillows have protective covers.
