Casa Nica, literally by the sea

Just three meters from the sea, Casa Nica is born from a warehouse for boat storage, an old fisherman's cottage of the early '900. Fully restored, following a restoration also in the recovery of furniture and elements of abandoned boats, functionally used inside the house. It overlooks the beach which is accessed from the old door that was opened for beaching small boats. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space. Fully furnished and equipped with all comforts for a quiet stay a few steps from the sea. The entrance of the residence is reached via a patio / garden shared with other apartments, from the patio can also be accessed directly by the sea. The CasaNica is located in the Santa Flavia area, rich for its historical and architectural heritage, landscape but also the gastronomy and popular traditions. The location of the residence, is therefore also ideal for a holiday to discover the "Sicilian treasure". The archaeological site of Solunto, the wonders of Monte Catalfano, Porticello and S. Elia with its fishing villages, the eighteenth-century villas of Bagheria, the Museo Renato Guttuso, are just some of the destinations to visit in the narrow radius of 2 km from the residence. Also Casadisale is 20 Km from Palermo and 50 Km. From Cefalu, easily reached by train destinations from the train station a short distance from the house.
