Nearby we have trails to the mountains, spacious beaches with beach bars in summertime, recreational, nautical and recreational activities of all kinds. The house is very bright, comfortable and pleasant in a relaxing setting overlooking the sea RUNNING THROUGH THE GARDEN, JUMPING ON THE SLIDE, PLAYING PADDLES OR ORGANIZING A MEAL IN THE STONE BARBECUE AREA    THE HOUSE BELL RECÓ AND ITS SPACE   Nice and comfortable house with an incredible garden. Private pool, with a fence to protect the little ones. Nice barbecue area. Squash court. The house is very comfortable since almost all of it is distributed on one floor. This makes it very accessible. It has a large terrace, with several areas to enjoy the sun or shade. Fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. The distribution is as follows:On the main floor, we find the hall, kitchen, living room, with access to the large terrace, which connects to the pool and large garden.On this same floor, we also find 4 of the five bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms.Bedroom 1: A double bed, terrace with sea views, wardrobes, bathroom with private shower.Bedroom 2: A double bed, terrace with sea views, wardrobes.Bedroom 3: Three single beds (bunk bed) with terrace, wardrobes.Bedroom 4: Two single beds, wardrobes.On the lower floor, we find 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. The house has a garage for two cars and an area to park another car at the access to the garage. The garden is fantastic and very well maintained. In the garden, distributed on several levels, we find a pleasant barbecue area, a squash court, various garden areas and a ping pong table. The large terrace with sea views stands out, connected to the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an American fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Next to the kitchen, we find a practical laundry area with a sink, washer and dryer.    SERVICES   BELL RECÓ is exclusive to its guests.   ACCESS AND PARKING   The access from the street is private and the vehicle can enter the property respecting the garden areas and trying not to drive over the lawn. The door is automatic. You can also park for free on the street on the left, respecting the neighbours' garages. Cabrils is located on the NORTH COAST OF BARCELONA in the MARESME region. CABRILS has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers. Also, throughout El Maresme, there are family beaches with calm waters and golden sand. The beaches of Vilassar de Mar and Cabrera de Mar are 10 minutes away by car. They are family beaches, with golden sand and with all the services. A few minutes from the house, there are supermarkets, a local market, a water park, horse riding, tennis clubs, golf clubs, marinas, nautical activities, shopping centres... A few KM away you can do any activity you want to disconnect and have fun, there are mountain routes, there are horse riding, golf courses, a tennis club, activities such as paintball, vertical forests to play between the treetops, Nautical clubs not to leave spending hours at sea, in addition to having BARCELONA very close. CABRILS, like other Maresme towns, is protected by a small mountain range that contains the fresh sea breeze in summer and the intense heat of the interior, creating a mild micro-climate both in summer and winter without major temperature changes.    RECOMMENDATIONS   LA MOSTRA: Gastronomic, Commercial and Artisans Fair, within the framework of the Santa Helena Festival in August, is an event that allows us to taste the most representative dishes, wines and cava in the region.MUSICAB: The Cabrils Music Festival is one of the main cultural events in Cabrils. Created in 1989, it has always been closely related to classical music.In 2015, the festival changed its projection, evolving towards a more eclectic format. The concerts are held over several weekends in July and August. Once in the centre of the village, you can move on foot, by taxi or by train, using the bus or you can travel by combining them.    PÚBLIC TRANSPORT   There are different services and lines that connect Cabrils with the surroundings and Barcelona -TAXI: There is a regular TAXIS service. All services must be booked in advance.- BUS: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.-TRAIN: The closest train station is VILASSAR DE MAR. The route in Plaza Cataluña lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.   BARCELONA   It is about 30-40 minutes by car.Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, you can search in your search engine ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. Many thanks in advance, we appreciate your comprehension!    HOUSE RULES   - The HOLIDAY RENTAL AGREEMENT will be accepted at the time of booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of keys. - Not for rent to groups of young people under the age of 25 - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by credit card pre-authorization. -All people in the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document. Documents will be requested before and during the welcome. -During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. -You must also remove the garbage from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt and we beg you to avoid waste and negligent use of resources, electricity, water and gasTogether we must respect and preserve the resources we have, excessive use can mean that the deposit is not returned in full.    IT'S NOT ALLOWED   - Host or invite more people than those registered when making the reservation.  - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations ...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any unsuitable behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool.The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional expense. -No guest is allowed to smoke inside the house, if they wish, they can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the property.In that case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies. - Student groups are not allowed. - No pets allowed.
