It is located in Jambiani, steps away from the most beautiful lagoon in East Africa. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests: it is an air-conditioned villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: upstairs master suite with direct access to the terrace, and 3 bedrooms downstairs with air-conditioning. There is also an indoor lounge area, laundry room and kitchen. There is a terrace with views over the lagoon and the village, with sun beds, dining table and a bar. You can also enjoy the peaceful tropical garden with exotic plants and plenty of shade. The price includes daily housekeeping and breakfast, WiFi, general advice on what to do and where to go, as well as help organising your activities. It is highly recommended that you use services of the chef, as there is no better food in the village than his! The team offers exceptional 3-course dinners for €15 (children pay half) and light lunches for €7. Manager Hatibu will happily organise your trips and look after you throughout your stay. We offer taxi services and airport pickup (€35). There is security on site at nights. Mwendawima Villa is situated in a charming fishing village of Jambiani, 1 hour drive from Stone Town. Although there are a few small scale boutique hotels and bungalows, the village hasn't changed much in the last 20 years and that's its beauty. We recommend you explore it by foot and get to know the people. There are a few places for food and drinks, but we insist you try our team's authentic cooking! The villa is steps away from the beach, next to one of the most beautiful lagoons in East Africa. The activities are endless - swimming at both high and low tides, sailing in a traditional fishing boat, kite-surfing, watching seaweed harvesting , octopus fishing, playing football with locals. There are plenty of day trips as well - Stone Town, Blue Safari, Spice Tour etc
