The Main Market Square is only 20 minutes away on foot, and the ideal location in the Podgórze district means that after a short walk across the Vistula River on Father Bernadek's footbridge you will turn out to be in another no less important historical district of Krakow. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two separate rooms (including one with private entrance to the bathroom), two bathrooms and a living room connected to the kitchen. Comfortable beds that can be divided into two separate ones and a sofa in the living room provide relaxation. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, the other has a shower, both with a toilet. Kitchen has all necessary equipment of a fully furnished home. The apartment offers access to internet TV, and high-speed wireless internet WIFI and and it is equipped with an induction hob, an oven with microwave function and steam cooking, kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hood, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, laundry dryer, ironing board. Fully equipped for the comfortable stay of our guests and every smallest detail is designed to make everyone feel at home. ~Access~ Guests can use all the facilities available on the apartment, both prepared for them coffee, tea, etc., as well as the apartment equipment (washing machine, hair dryer, etc.) - unless otherwise stated. Each break of the regulations results in the commencement of the debt collection process through the booking portal and the collection of a deposit. ~House Rules~ Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours. 1. Turn off the light when you are not using it. 2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment. 3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred. 4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment. 5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host. 6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed. 7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated. 8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour. 9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 15 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.
