La Grange is a 5 bedroom 17th century timber framed house which has recently been refurbished to provide a comfortable family home whilst retaining much of it's old world charm. It is situated in it's own private gardens amidst rolling Normandy countryside. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, Bedroom 2 has 1 single bed & 1 bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds & 1 bunk bed. The mezzanine area can be screened and used as a 5th bedroom if required sleeping 2 on 2 single beds and there is also 2 double bed settees available in the lounge if additional sleeping capacity is required. La Grange has a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker washing machine and dish washer. A large downstairs lounge/diner provides comfortable seating for all and enjoys the benefit of a wood burning stove (wood is provided free of charge between September & April inclusive). A large dining table can comfortably seat all. English and French Satellite TV is available as is a DVD player. . There are 2 bathrooms one downstairs with a bath and shower and a second shower room on the first floor. There is a private garden, barbecue area, patio furniture
