2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment overlooking the community pool. The communal pool for this property will give you all day sunshine and has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space. The private solarium is a great place to enjoy the sun or maybe have a BBQ. The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay, the property is equipped with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge to keep you cool in the warmer months, you can also use the air conditioning units to warm you up when the weather is not quite so good. You will find a fridge/freezer, English TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and beach towels to ensure you have everything to enjoy your holiday. Villamartin Plaza offers approximately 30 restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket, pharmacist, medical center and dentist should you need it. On the way there you will also find local bars & restaurants, if the Plaza is too far for you to walk, this area is a sun trap during the winter months during the afternoon. Next door you will find Villamartin Golf Club with another 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive. Zenia Boulevard is a short drive away where you will find an array of retail shops as well a floor dedicated to restaurants which are open late into the night. You will find smaller tapas and coffee bars scattered within the retail shops should you need a rest. There is plenty of free parking and a children’s play area should you need it. There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Campo de Golf Villamartin. You also have Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor and La Finca which are all within a short driving distance. Why not take out the hassle of bringing your golf clubs and just use one of the local hire company’s. Online tee times are available to enable you to plan your activities before you set off on your holiday. Golf transfers are offered should you need them. La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you. Fees & Services €70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry. A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm. Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made. Airport, golf and local picks ups can be arranged if you do not wish to hire a car. Nursery hire is available but must be pre-booked. A grocery shop can be organised for your arrival so that you can enjoy your holiday from the very first minute, a list should be supplied within 48 hours of your arrival the cost would be €20 plus the shopping bill.
