L'ancienne Brasserie, or old brewery buildings, have been converted into beautiful apartments in a quiet, gated community which includes tennis courts, a lovely swimming pool and private parking. L'Ancienne Brasserie has been completely updated and decorated to provide spacious, comfortable areas for lounging, dining, cooking, as well as 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have 160cm (queen) beds, and one has a 140cm (double) bed. The main floor has an open plan with seating area, dining table and kitchen, plus French doors that open on to a private patio. The patio has an outdoor seating area plus a table and chairs for relaxing and dining outside. The kitchen has all new appliances, as well as utensils, dinnerware, glasses and cutlery. In other words, all the essentials for creating fabulous meals after shopping at the market in Uzès. There is a toilet as well as a shower room on the main floor. Elegant marble stairs lead to the second floor, where you will find the bedrooms and a large bathroom with tub/shower and double lavatories. There is also a separate toilet. The pool and lounge area is a short 20 meters from the apartment (open from June 1st to September 30th. The tennis courts are adjacent to the pool.
