Large summer house with 20 meter swimming pool on 40 ha private estate. Domaine des Camarades is an old "magnanerie" consisting of multiple buildings which form your own little private village (hameau). It's located on the south side of the mountain close to the old village of Mirmande. The private domaine consists of orchards, grass and woodland. A temperature controlled swimming pool or 20 meters long overlooks the valley of Mirmande and the surrounding mountains. Main house: 6-8 persons The spacious and fully renovated main house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area with mezzanine and fireplace, a kitchen and a large summer kitchen with a traditional bread and pizza oven. All bedrooms come with (ceiling) fan. - Master bedroom: double bed with full bathroom - Bedroom 2: double bed, next to second bathroom - Bedroom 3: double bed + single bed - Single bed on mezzanine, or can be added to one of the other bedrooms The house overlooks the valley of Mirmande, which is a medieval hilltop village classified as one of the most beautiful in France. The village has restaurants, art galleries and various shops. In the immediate surroundings you will find vineyards, orchards, lavender fields, and endless outdoors to enjoy. Explore the many other villages and castles in the Drome Provencal and the Ardeche. Go climbing or canyoning in the Parc Naturel du Vercors, or kayaking on the Drome and Ardeche river. And explore the wineries in Provence, Rhone valley or Tain-Hermitage.
