The holiday home on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom is located away from the lagoons in the beautiful, small and tranquil resort of Zempin, the middle of the small village, only about 500 meters from the beach and 800m. Shops such as a bakery and a EDEKA market are just 5 minutes to reach in the immediate vicinity and on foot. The closest pulsating Zinnowitz is no 3km away, accessible relaxed and well with a half-hour walk on the beach.   Upon arrival, a security deposit of € 250.00 will be charged. Villa Maarten: There are 4 comfortable and lovingly furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed or 2 single beds for a total of 8 adults. The cozy dining table, and the spacious kitchen with convection oven, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker is located directly in the large living area - also from here you can enjoy the fire in the fireplace. The living area with the cozy couch, the large flat screen for exciting movie entertainment is bright and very friendly. The smoking-free cottage has two modern bathrooms with shower and toilet. A spacious sauna completes the picture and invites you to relax together.
