Ideales Resort Villa Linatela

Ideales Resort consists of 12 luxurious villas with private swimming pools and BBQ. Ideales Resort was completed in 2009. It is situated in south Kefalonia (in Trapezaki), only 12 km from Argostoli (the Capital) at the foot of the legendary mount Ainos, known for its famous black fir and wild horses. At a close distance (only a few hundred meters) there are beautiful sandy beaches with turquoise waters. The villas at Ideales Resort vary in size, but thanks to the very large spaces, they can receive comfortably couples, families or large groups of friends. Their decoration is refined and functional with warm touches that leave you with a familiar feeling. Villa Linatela is spread over two floors, with the main living areas at the entry level. On the first floor there is a well appointed spacious living room, with feature stone fireplace and comfortable seating. The living room adjoins an open space formal dining area and a separate kitchen with direct access to a pergola shaded balcony, with outdoor dining set. There are approximately 7 steps of an exterior staircase that lead from the kitchen to the pool deck. The pool deck extends to a spacious pergola-shaded sitting/dining area, ideal for outdoor dining or a cool sunset drink. On returning to the main hall there is a marble staircase that leads to the ground floor and main sleeping area. All four bedrooms of the villa are en suite. The master bedroom features a private sitting room and opens to a shaded outdoor area with garden furniture. Two additional bedrooms grant direct access to the garden and offer outdoor seating. The property enjoys majestic view of the natural scenery and the sea.
