Quiet in the green countryside, between Vichy and Thiers, in the Livradois-Forez regional natural park, the house, entirely renovated with ecological materials, is located in a small hamlet at 650 m above sea level in the Thiernoise mountain. Its south-facing terrace with enclosed garden is appreciated for its outside meals and views of the Chaîne des Puys and the Puy de Dôme. Ideally located for hikes, tourist and cultural visits. Good insulation, comfortable in summer and winter. The house has a spacious entrance on the ground floor with toilet, a living room with lounge and dining area overlooking the kitchen and the covered terrace. Upstairs are 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 200), 1 separate toilet and shower room with double sink, shower and heated towel rail. Quality bedding. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. The house is independent with a private fenced garden. Heating with wood stove (wood included rental price) and radiators. Comfortable house and kitchen. 3 ears Gites de France. Hiking and mountain biking trails are located near the cottage, including one from the cottage. Tourist brochures and hiking maps are available. A dog is accepted with the owner's prior agreement (€ 5 night, max € 15 to be paid on arrival). Possibility to visit the garden on weekends on request with a perennial plant nursery.
