Enjoy total isolation, yet be less than four miles or ten minutes drive from the full amenities of the popular market town of Ulverston and within 30 mins drive , of all the South Lakes has to offer. The highlight of 'Yan' and is the uninterrupted, breathtaking outlook over the much loved Lakeland fells. 'Yan occupies the ground floor and offers a spacious lounge area with deep sofas where you can relax and enjoy SKY TV, a DVD, CD or listen to your IPOD (docking provided). An island provides a stylish feature as you go into the kitchen with solid wood cabinets beautifully topped with granite, providing a wonderful space to cook with dishwasher, electric oven/hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dining table.
