On a plot of 800 m², the house includes a large veranda (50 m²), living room (26 m²), fitted fitted kitchen, 4 independent bedrooms, 1 large shower room, 2 WCs. Facilities: Kitchen: gas hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher; Living room / veranda: sofa and armchairs, TV, internet (WIFI), piano, bar table football; Garden: garden furniture, barbecue, large trampoline, ping pong table utility room: washing machine, dryer. Sleeps: 2 140x200 beds, 1 140x190 bed, 4 90x190 beds distributed in the 4 bedrooms, possibility of extra mattress, cot. Bed and bathroom linen provided.
