Cosy 2 (3) bed apartment in the countryside

Discover Skåne county in the southern Sweden, with all that it has to offer from our lovely apartment located in the former stable. This cozy apartment with a open layout is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. Here you come and go as you wish. The beautiful sunsets is a bonus. At the location there are friendly dogs. If you travel with pets, they are welcome as well. The whole property is fenced. Notice that I have dogs on the property (all very nice and well behaved ) As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a coffeemaker and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is 2 comfortable single beds in this apartment and a bedsofa. You also find a TV and radio in the apartment. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink. The shower is located in the laundryroom 15 meters from your frontdoor. The door has of course a lock for your privacy. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Everyday I take care of your dishes so you can really feel you are on vacation. In the village Tollarp (3,5 km away) you find a pharmacy, supermarket (open 7-22) , several restaurants (Chinese, Thai and Pizza place´s ) Nearest larger town is Kristianstad with all service that a town offers such as shopping, restaurants, museums and cinema. Österlen is one of Swedens most popular places where many Swedes- and others- spend their summervacation. By car you´re there in about 45 minutes from your base here in Tollarp. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is latest 12am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking just outside the property. - Pets are allowed at the property.
