We have 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1,700 sq ft home, plenty of space for families and friends! Centrally located within 15-20min driving distance from Fort Rucker, Historic Downtown, Restaurants and Shopping! Easy access from hwy 84. Fast WiFi, Smart Tvs and Oil Diffusers to make things easier and a relaxing stay. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and a 50" Smart TV ( so you can use your Netflix and Hulu accounts)and a Full Bathroom with Jetted oversized Bath and Double Vanity. The 2nd Bedroom has a Full Bed , Smart TV ( so you can use your Netflix and Hulu accounts), a Desk and a closet. The 3rd Bedroom has a two Twin Beds , Smart TV ( so you can use your Netflix and Hulu accounts) and a closet. All mattresses and Pillows have protective covers. There is a self inflating Queen Air Mattress, which is electric, located in the game closet. The house professionally cleaned and all bedding is washed after each stay. The house and yard gets treated monthly to keep the bugs away. In the Living room there is a Large Smart T 55", a couch and two chairs. there is also a Wii. In the dining area there is table for 4, Kitchen Counter with 2 bar stools, Dishwasher, stove/oven and Microwave, fully functioning Kitchen. Laundry room with, full size Washer and Dryer, Iron(steamer) and Ironing Board. Digital Keyless entries on the front door. You will have your own unique code we assign you for convenience and safety assurance. There is a gas grill located on the back patio area. The from porch is covered. We love Dogs and don’t mind them as long as they don’t chew anything or dirty the carpeting and are well house trained. We provide have an aviable dog kennel if needed. There is a $25/night dog fee. We hope your neighbors are cleaning up after their dogs, as we ask you to please clean up after yours. There is a fully large fenced backyard. If you have you dog in the front yard, please have them on the leash. There is a leash law and if your dog is off the property with out a leash, you are responsible. There are great places to Shop, Eat and have fun within 15 minutes of the house. We can be flexible with the check-in time if it’s possible. We look forward to you being our guests! While you are staying here, the house is your space. The garage and master bathroom closet are the only areas off limits to guests. The best way to reach me is through Airbnb. Once checked in, you will have the main host/co-host number incase of any issues or questions. Which is a way to reach us by call or text. Located in beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Open sky at night if you like looking at the stars. There is a gas station less than 3 minutes away. There is a Dollar General about 5-8 minutes away. Walmart, other shopping stores, and restaurants located in Enterprise or Daleville are about 10-15mins away. Dothan has more shopping and restaurant opportunities, located about 30 mins away. It's best to have a car although some times there is Uber available. If Uber is never available, there is a taxi service. There is a dog fee of $25/night/per pet. No other animals but dogs are allowed. If any damages are caused you will be charged extra for damages. There is a pooper scooper for the yard. Please remember to clean up after your pets, or you will get an additional charge of $50 If you have a pet, and did not inform the host of having one, you will be charged the daily price plus a $200 fee. If your dog is a service dog, I will waive the fee as long as you send me the paperwork that proves it.
