The condominium development that the unit is located is one block from the park, small beach, golf cart rental and near downtown with restaurants and speciality shops. There are wonderful options of swimming at Nature's Landing, a dock where you can bring your kayak, and barbecue area in the back area of the development. Walking is a great option or bring a bike to explore the island. You can also rent a golf cart and explore many parts of the island! Great parking for trailer with boat! There is a parking area that has space for up to 26 foot boat with vehicle.
