With a Saturday changeover day Golitha Cottage (formerly known as Lavender) is a modern cottage with fabulous countryside views. It sleeps 6 in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, and adjoins the main farmhouse. On entering the cottage, you walk into the lounge/diner with a fully equipped kitchen. This has a full size oven, microwave, slim line dishwasher, under counter fridge and separate freezer. From the lounge is a hallway with access to the twin bedded room with adjacent family bathroom. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with ensuite shower room, along with a second double bedroom complete with ensuite shower room. Golitha cottage has full central heating included in the price. Golitha cottage is south facing with its own garden (spectacular views included!) so you can make the most of the wonderful sunshine. We provide a gas BBQ (in season). Facilities There is secure off road parking for Golitha cottage in the cottage car park with access down a gently sloping tarmac path. Guests have the use of a communal laundry room, indoor Games Room with pool and table tennis tables (both laundry room and games room re-opening during mid-May 2021 - subject to Covid-19 restrictions being lifted) Near to the cottage there is a play area with slides and swings and guests are welcome to explore over 6 acres of grounds. We have four cottages supplied with all you need for the perfect escape. Snuggle up with a good book in front of the crackling log burner to rest or strike up the bbq, enjoy the sunset and recuperate from the day's adventures. Are you having a party? We can also offer the use of our Studio, which caters for larger get-togethers and private functions such as weddings, hen dos or corporate events. ****Please contact us for additional availability requirements, whilst we only accept 7 day bookings online we can certainly be flexible if required**** Families welcome Lower Trengale welcomes all guests and can offer plenty to keep your littles and bigs entertained. We have an outdoor play area and an indoor games room with pool and table tennis tables. With two little ones of our own, we know how little extras help with the whole family holidaying and will do our best to cater for everyone! Pet friendly Dogs welcome - up to two per cottage at £20.00 per dog. They will love to explore the 6 acres of land we have to offer and the nearby walks across Bodmin Moor to places such as the picturesque Golitha Falls and the local beaches (the nearest less than 20 minutes away). A cream tea awaits you on your arrival, and you can be sure of a warm welcome from Gemma, Andy and family, including the cats Flossie and Tabitha.
