This beautiful spacious house is inside a huge picturesque plot surrounded by a great variety of flowers & trees. The Villa is full of light, family-friendly, high ceilings, with a unique green big garden. The tranquility of morning walks near the National Park and close to the magnificent clean Aegean Sea. Schinias beach is full of sports/activities (5' away). The house is ideal for couples with children, big groups of friends, yoga groups, athletic groups. The main airport is only 35km away. Parking is free on-premises. Note that we replaced some high trees on the garden with beautiful new colorful lower ones, and we put herbals on a parterre for your use as well. As a treat, you can also cut fresh fruits from the trees when they are ripe to cut. A nice selection of apricot, blackberries, pomegranate, and more. The house consists of 3 floors and it is built in a modern luxurious style with concrete exterior warm pink-white walls. Bedroom configuration: - The top floor accommodates 4 guests (2 Double beds) split in two different rooms, each accessible from the 3rd floor via an iron/wooden staircase - The 3rd floor accommodates 8 guests (Single beds) in 4 different rooms with big balconies, and 2 bathrooms Extra Space: Under the 3rd floor, there are 2 different very spacious, Athenian marble-floored living rooms with different style with dining spaces where guests can enjoy all day relaxing. There are also 2 guest WC. There is also access directly to two large balconies for outdoor entertaining equipped with sun loungers, dining table and chairs There is also a basement which is a separate floor with its own entrance where there is extra space upon request Extra amenities: - There is also very beautiful wooden oven for unique cooking and also separate grill just outside ground floor area where quiet and lovely dinners using the patio can make your evenings perfect. - Table tennis (outdoors upon request) - Air conditioning on top floors/fans, central heating, internet access -Full HD TV with lots of movies available (including animation DVDs) -PlayStation 3 with various games
