It provides the luxury of a 5 star hotel and the comfort and privacy of your own home. The villa is located at the north part of Paros island at the heart of Kolymbithres bay. The unrivaled natural beauty of this area is one of the main features of the island. Τhe curved rock formations of the area as well as the many small beaches in combination with the traditional houses create a picturesque setting for the viewer. The beautiful village of Naousa, known as the centre of nightlife in Paros, is just across the bay. The 150 m2 villa is in a 1000 m2 private property full of fruit trees, flowers and herbs. The villa is ONE FLOOR-FULLY AIR CONDITIONED with 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom, with 1 king size bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, with 1 double bed. Bedroom 3, with 2 single beds uniting to 1 king size bed. Bedroom 4, with 1 king size + 2 single beds (bunk beds). The villa has two bathrooms with bathtubs, one of them en suite. There is a washing machine in the other bathroom. There’s also an external shower. In the spacious living room you can enjoy a 48” LED Smart TV, a Blue-Ray player and a CD-MP3 player. If you feel like cooking at home, use our fully-equipped kitchen with two gas plates, two ceramic plates, oven, microwave, coffee maker, big fridge and dish washer. The living room, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms exit at the veranda, where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and Naousa, while listening to your favorite music on the veranda sound system. For the lovers of barbeque, the veranda includes a big built-in charcoal grill, where you can cook an amazing dinner and then enjoy it under the full moon and summer stars. The villa is furnished with antiques or pieces of furniture made by local handicraftsmen with respect on the island’s tradition. The mattresses are made of natural latex Dunlopillo, providing maximum convenience. We can also provide you with a baby bed and a baby feeding chair upon request. At the back of the house there is a sheltered parking space for two cars (and space for two more) with a remote controlled garage door. Our guests can enjoy their time and swim at one of the many beaches of the area which are closer than 200 metres from our villa. Close to the villa you can also find two water ski center-schools (one of them at 300 metres and the other one 3 minutes by car) and a water park. Monastiri cultural and environmental park is 2kms away with summer festivals, open air free cinema and hiking paths. Two horse-riding farms and a scuba diving school are a 10 minute drive away. The villa is a two minutes walk away from the famous Kolymbithres beach but there are two calmer sandy beaches right beneath the villa. Finally, the vivid and cosmopolitan village Naousa is only 4 kms away and can be accessed by car, public bus or ferry service.
