This apartment is perfect for a family get-together and quiet escape to the beautifully peaceful side of Liverpool. *Please Note: This apartment is in a residential area of Liverpool, no hen/stag parties or other events are accepted at any time. We have CCTV in communal areas as well as noise monitors throughout the building* The Space: This massive Georgian apartment provides 5 super comfy double beds, and 2 relaxing sofa beds for a great night sleep after exploring what the city has to offer. We even have a modern kitchenette located in a double bedroom with a Nespresso Coffee machine and a furnished Kitchen with a second Coffee Machine for all of you coffee lovers out there. All the little touches from furnishing to checking in have been thought about to bring our guests the best experience as possible. Guest Access: The guests have the whole apartment to themselves. The building houses three apartments, there are communal hallways and a shared main door from the street. The Neighborhood: The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. We are located on a quiet residential street and as such do not accept any parties, hen dos or stag dos whatsoever, regardless of age. The building is fully equipped with CCTV and noise monitors and any breaches of these rules will result in eviction without refund. We have plenty of other suitable properties - please just ask us. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: Guests can contact us 24/7, however, we are not intrusive in any way and like to leave guests to enjoy their stay.
